Amanda Hoskin - Artist

Amanda Hoskin attended art school and left to embark on a career as a freelance wildlife artist. Living in London she found she missed her hometown of Cornwall and went on to teach sailing on the Fal Estuary. She continued to paint although changing her medium from watercolours to oil paints. She now lives and works in Cornwall and much of her inspiration comes from the beautiful coastline in this area. The changing weather and the effects it has on the landscape are also of great interest to Amanda Hoskin. She has been painting full time for some years now and has established herself in Cornwall as one of the leading landscape artists.
