Bill Makinson - Artist

Bill Makinson was born in Nottinghamshire, he gained recognition as an amateur artist. This success encouraged him to become a full time artist enabling him to devote all his time to his passion. Bill Makinson has his paintings in private collections both nationally and internationally. Each new publication is eagerly awaited by the print buying public and he regularly paints for individual commissions. Bill Makinson travels the British Isles in search of new subjects and enjoys keeping in touch with the public and other artists sharing his knowledge and expertise.
