Deborah Phillips - Artist

Born in Dundee, Deborah Phillips first exhibited her work at the age of 14 at the Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Art and the Royal Scottish Academy. In 1987, Deborah Phillips graduated from the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art with a BA Honours degree. She went on to work for the National Trust for Scotland as a Merchandise Designer. Deborah Phillips has also worked as a demonstrator of products at art fairs for an international company specialising in arts and craft materials. Leading woman's magazines during this time have also featured her work. Deborah Phillips now works from her Dundee studio where she concentrates on painting with acrylics. Her work is featured in collections both private and corporate all over the world and she continues to exhibit in the UK and Ireland. Many of her wonderful paintings have been reproduced as limited edition prints.
