Paul Nicholls - Artist

Paul Nicholls was born in 1971 in Manchester, at four years old his family relocated to Wales to a small village. The inspiration for his artwork came from the Beautiful British coastline he was surrounded by. From his surroundings, his stylized and bold landscapes originated. He draws much of his inspiration from Snowdonia National Park a place he feels is one of the most beautiful places in the UK. Paul Nicholls travels to France and Spain where his family are based and the Mediterranean golden summers are often portrayed in his work. The fascinating combination of interpretation and observation are distinctive in the work of Paul Nicholls.
