Raymond Leech - Artist

Raymond Leech started out as a graphic designer in the advertising industry, he has now moved into painting professionally and has been doing so for several years now. Born in Great Yarmouth in 1949 he went on to study Art and Design at Great Yarmouth College of Art. He has exhibited at the Mall Galleries in conjunction with the Royal Society of Marine Artists, winning the Charles Pears Prize. He is now a member of this society. His work has been featured all over the world in prestigious galleries and at the Royal Institute of Oil Painters. He works to commission and has his work in privately owned collections all over the world. His ability to capture a moment in time coupled with nostalgia and a sense of romance is evocative and typical of his narrative style.
