Steven Townsend's work has been described as 'hyper realistic' and this has gained him recognition throughout the UK as being one of the leading contemporary artists. Born in 1995 in Colne, Lancashire he showed no talent in the arts throughout school. It wasnt until his twenties that he started to paint and has continued to do so.
