John Wilson - Sculpture

John Wilson has had a passion for art from a very early age. He was educated at Harrogate School of Art where he subsequently exhibited in thier Art Gallery. It was at this art school where he was introduced to Pop Art and figure painting. John Wilson paints in his spare time and from the mid 1990's has been exhibiting his work in local galleries. He has had several sucessful exhibitions and there is a high demand for his work. John Wilson's work is a mixture of techniques and media, he began using watercolours but now uses gouache on watercolour paper to achieve his trademark bold and vibrant colour. John Wilson also creatively uses wax crayons and combines the style of children's art with that of adult art.
